I’m so glad I found this studio! With just six reformers at this location, each class feels personal, and everyone receives the attention they need. The instructors are truly exceptional—each one challenges you in a safe and effective way, while creating an environment that’s both encouraging and compassionate.

I’ve loved taking classes with Hope, Tara, Arlene, Camille, Ania, and Delaina. Each instructor brings their own unique style to class, but all share the same commitment to proper form and alignment. Wonderful pilates studio with the best instructors! My husband and I have been coming here for a while now and absolutely love the clean, convenient, and well equipped studio but most importantly we love our wonderful private instructor Hope! She is extremely knowledgeable, super attentive, caring, and overall a wonderful teacher as we learn and continue to evolve our pilates practice!

Last fall I walked into a Pilates studio for the first time looking for a new challenge for myself. I am a dedicated spin cycler but wanted to become more flexible, stronger in my core, and improve my balance. I have been amazed at my progress and know that I am more flexible and fit than I’ve been in years. Pilates of SD in Fairbanks Ranch is clean and welcoming, and Hope is a particularly excellent instructor who is fun, caring, and encouraging, and who changes up my workouts so they are never boring while I continue to progress. Bravo!
