I had a great experience with my first time visit today. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and very service oriented. They made you feel at ease the whole time I was there. I appreciate Dr Ilagan's thoroughness and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and taken cared of and explained everything I needed to know and expect regarding my condition. I appreciate Jen's recommendation and knowledge on the glasses; contact lenses & insurance information as she was helping me choose the proper eyewear. The office is clean and they have a good selection of glasses as well. I would definitely recommend this place.
Dr. Ilagan was wonderful. She was very kind and informative. The ladies in the office were also very helpful when providing information about my vision insurance. I had a great experience and am impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I will definitely come back here for my next contact lens exam! I highly recommend Westmont Optometry.
