Reception was pleasant, but the actual customer service of the massage therapist was terrible. She did not knock when she entered and when we had finished she did not knock again while I was changing and proceeded to make the bed that I had just used while I was still changing. Then she asked if I could tip her ten dollars more (I had already gave a 15 percent tip) because I was so big. The massage itself was just as bad as her service. I’ll never come back which is too bad since the facility itself is well lit from the outside and well kept inside. Overall just incredibly rude behavior from the therapist.
