Have a desktop & laptop; both quite messed up by another local computer repair service. Came across Bob's ACS and gave him a call. 5+ STARSLucky, Lucky -I wish I had known about years ago.Started on a Saturday afternoon and everything was done by 2pm Sunday. A rare find. My 4 year old Dell XPS crashed upon startup and wouldn't cooperate. After researching many repair places I decided to try Bob based on reviews. We talked and I brought the patient into his place of business(very local) around 12:30pm on 10/12. Bob was pretty confident he could help. Hardly 24 hours later I got a call that my PC was ready. Ok, I was already prepared to lose some or many files that were not backed up. I got the patient back home and it started right up in record speed, faster than it had run in quite some time. I am fairly computer savvy. But when my < 12 month old Dell XPS would not boot, I knew I needed help. The question was where to go. I found All Computer Services on Google and read the positive reviews. Better yet, local San Pedro location was close to home. I called and left message explaining my problem. Bob called back and I had my PC in his workshop later that day. PC was fixed the following day, with explanation of the problem. Charges very reasonable and I am very grateful to All Computer Services. Thanks Bob!
