“I booked a consultation with Rachelle to see about getting IBE extensions. The booking process was fast, but because of Rachelle’s excellent service and return clients calling in, I was placed onto the waitlist. But, even with that brief waitlist slot- Rachelle was able to fit me in to the date and time I preferred.
The day of my consultation, I arrived a little early. Rachelle greeted me with the to warmest smile and was eager to give me a tour, to help me find the restroom, and she offered me coffee, tea or ice water.
For an hour and 15 minutes, Rachelle “took me to school” on IBE extensions. She answered every question I had thoroughly, while also making sure to highlight why these extensions using this installation technique, was going to be the best way to go for me and my hair.
The end of my consultation shouldn’t surprise you- I booked my extension installation appt with Rachelle without hesitation. I have never had extensions of any kind, so I knew that if I was going to finally bless myself with them, I would want someone who knows what they are doing leading the exposition—- that is undeniably Rachelle.

Initially just planned to get some bobby pins from here (as was recommended by the hotel reception when I asked them), but found several items I was interested in and when I tried them and found them to be absolutely quality items I came back later to buy some more for my girlfriends back home in Australia. Highly recommended. Very clean and vast beauty store, staff checked in if I needed help but also allowed me space to browse without bothering me unnecessarily. Noticed a salon at the back of the store too. Happy to recommend this place for your beauty needs.
