Charlotte Grotewold has been grooming my baby Ziggy for 4 years - I actually followed her from the San Juan location over to RSM. The facilities are clean and my dog looks and smells amazing every time he comes out. The price is reasonable for the services provided.

Not only is she so cute, so sweet, fun - but she is incredibly talented. I have brunette hair and she is so good with getting the color perfect each time. So good with the cut and adding layers. The best at styling and doing a blow dry (I just come in for a blow dry once a month) and she is the best best at washing with the head massage during ! I have referred friends to her and everyone has been incredibly pleased . I'm just thankful I found someone I can fully trust with my hair and I always know it's in the best hands !
The location is very convenient and the staff are personable and knowledgeable. I do feel and see the texture and appearance of my skin improving within the last 6 months. The darker sun spots and skin discolorations have faded quite well.
I was referred to Dr. Faraz by my friend and I am SO happy I took her recommendation. Dr. Faraz made me feel heard and safe, took time to chat with me and answer my questions. 20/10 gyno. I was taken back immediately with no wait time as well. I had my appointment on a Thursday, my results were entered promptly on Saturday & Dr. Faraz added notes in my chart early Monday morning. If you are in need of a good gyno, I highly recommend making an appointment with her.
