Really like NP at rancho mirage office also Christine is wonderful helping with therapist. Samantha medical assistant is great on getting back to me. Danielle saw me yesterday and I had thought I had blood clot in my leg she immediately look at my leg and fully understood her diagnosis. Christine that helps with physical therapy us amazing. She took time out to explain to me about a medical device I purchased off Amazon. I was using it wrong she fully explained to me how to use the device. Getting a call back when leaving a message almost never happens. Getting refills on medications is tough to get in a timely manner. My PA is awesome, but seeing her on time also never happens.
My time is valuable, too, but getting seen in a timely manner never happens and there are usually a lot of cranky people there. Also, just getting an appointment early just doesn’t happen, ever.
It took a while to redo paperwork that I had already done online before I got there. But bottom line the doctor was very nice very Thorough I have one little complaint the room that I was in for a while so I had a chance to look around and on the floor I saw a dead fly some other bugs that were dead. I saw stuff that look like I’ve been there for a while. there was hair here and there all everywhere. I looked little pieces of hair and that kind of bothered me but but bottom line the doctor was very nice. They need to look into their cleaning service to do a thorough job about you know it is a doctors office thank you very much.
