About Synovation Medical Group - Rancho Mirage
Synovation Medical Group is a medical facility that specializes in treating patients with chronic pain. The Providers, such as Danielle Anastasiou, the Physician Assistant, and Dr Huong Kim, are highly skilled and responsive to patients' needs. Patients appreciate the care they receive from the staff, who are described as caring and efficient. The office itself is noted for being modern and pleasant. However, some patients have experienced delays in scheduling appointments, which may be due to the absence of a full-time pain physician on staff. Despite this issue, patients generally express gratitude for finding a medical group that takes their pain seriously and works to address their needs.
The lobby and patient rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was helpful and the doctor was outstanding, beyond expectations explaining the procedures. It would be helpful if they had some signage outside on the building as when you enter the parking lot you are not sure if you are in the right place.
I so appreciate the fact that I can do a phone appointment while out of the country. We ran into a problem where my prescription wasn’t able to be filled at my normal chain pharmacy. So Danielle sent the prescription to another pharmacy, then after it was sent she called to let me know that she had taken care of it. I really appreciate having a good relationship with my pain management doctor.
The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
They were very personal and they were very helpful and I just wanted to say thank you 🙏🙏 I been told and experience 1 time with pain management not good. But this pain management help me. The doctor understood what I needed. She lesson to me. 🙏🙏 Thank you again 😊
