There is a big difference of what kind of insurance you have to the kind of service that you get. My coworker who has insurance from her husband who was in the military compare to me who has covered California insurance. Even though I picked a really good plan and pay more than most I was treated like a leper. I have four different concerns about things on my skin and the doctor could barely bring herself to come close to me to even look. Let alone even take out a magnifying lens to look at the lesions I was talking about. While my coworker though for every little freckle they do a major procedure on her. I used to have good relations and treatments with West Dermatology. I needed to check on an upcoming appointment to confirm. After three days of trying I have given up. When I call, I only get voice messages - no matter what extension I choose -- saying they cannot take my call. When I finally did get through to a human, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up, all the while listening to their pre-recorded Botox pitches. I knew the receptionist was not coming back to me. Since there seems to be no way to communicate with West Dermatology, I will be going elsewhere.

Dr. Pam is beyond Amazing & she takes her time to listen to you. She's a wealth of knowledge. Melina & all of the other staff ate so helpful and kind. In a valley with a lot of Dermatologists, I highly recommend West Dermatology
