When I moved to Palm Desert I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find a Chiropractor who was like the wonderful doctor I had in San Marcos. I was pleasantly surprised to find Dr. Nelson when I hurt my back. He is so much like my former Chiropractor in his method and personality. I always feel at ease with him, and he has been able to fix my issues right away. Everyone in the office is very nice, too. I'm so happy to have found Dr Nelson.

I like Dr Barry Nelson. He's a pretty chill dude very intelligent every time I go there I have conversations with him about technology. His staff is friendly. The environment is very chill. I got in a motorcycle accident and Dr Nelson seems to know what's up. I would definitely recommend the guy.
