Have been going to Dr Milligan since I was a kid. My whole family! Him and his office have taken care of our family for years. Everyone is great including Milligan, and I moved out of the desert and still continued to see him. He’s always taken care of us and I recommend this office to everyone. He’s always looked out for all our needs and never tried to upsell unlike other places I tried after moving and just ended up sticking to his office even with the distance.
