I was referred to Dr. Prendeville by a friend and by coincidence I decided to check his previous reviews and some of them were so bad that when it came time for my appointment I was predisposed to a) have terrible service by the staff and b) to wait a long time. To my surprise when I checked in, Aileen at the front desk greeted me with respect, she was very helpful and nice.
When I sat down at the waiting area I was ready to wait for a long time, to my surprise I was called in less than 20 minutes after I arrived. Nathalie took me to a room to check my vision and dilate my eyes. She was kind, professional and made me feel very comfortable.

The staff is knowledgable and very cordial with all. Very clean office. I read Dr. Prendiville 's CV and immediately knew I was in excellent hands. I will have my cataract surgery soon.
