My first time here having a gastric scan. I self parked:my bad, and was looking to find the main entrance. I asked a staff member: Chelsea, who looked like she was off work for the day. She actually took me to where I needed to be. Like, who does that anymore? I was so impressed from the start here.
On Dec 24 I needed to go to the Eisenhower Emergency Room on Bob Hope Drive due to food being lodged in my esophagus . Each step of the way, from check-in to triage, seeing an initial doctor and getting a room to see a final doctor...went fast and efficient. Each person was professional and caring and made you feel you were being taken care of. I'm so happy to be associated with this medical center.
During a road trip to Phoenix I had a health incident at a restaurant in Rancho Mirage on 12/9. We went to Eisenhower Hospital ER and I was admitted into the ICU. A CT scan indicated that I had a stroke. Excellent care from the entire Eisenhower team. Special thanks to Dr Joni Clark (neurology), Areli (day nurse) and Peter (night nurse).
