I highly recommend CalSpecInc. Because Vera was very thorough and professional, my tile man was replacing a cracked tile by the shower head and found a leak, we had him tear down the one wall by the shower head to find out if we had mold, the 2by4’s were rotted and we saw some black stains on the wood, we hired Vera to do a mold test and once she got the lab results back it was positive that we had mold, then Vera recommended I hire a mold remediation company and I hired Kings remediation and they came and sealed everything off and spent all day cleaning the mold a fumigated the bathroom for 24 hours, when they were done they advised me to do another mold test before...read full review
