I felt that she did not want my business. I expressed to her that I was trying to let out on the waistline of my parents by 1 inch. These pants were expensive pants so I was really specific on what I was trying to accomplish. She kept rushing me and telling me that she knows what she's doing and she's a professional. BEWARE!! The owners of this place are THIEVES:I went in to pick up my order and upon arrival, the owner took my ticket and set it down. Then she proceeded to tell me that she "lost" my shirt. She purposely omitted the fact that it was a Dior (expensive designer) shirt. The owner claimed that she gave it to someone else and when I asked for her to bring them in she said that they were "out of town."I asked her how only one shirt, the designer one, out of my batch of clothes went missing? The owner then told me to "calm down" and that I was "scaring her". I threatened to call the police for larceny and battery as she grabbed my arm.... read full review

This establishment was horrible! They ruined my one of a kind Virgil NBA Louis Vuitton short set and then tried to negotiate me on the pricing to make me whole and also asked me to call Louis Vuitton and ask for a leather patch replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
