I recently visited West Coast Dental in Rancho Cucamonga, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. From the moment I walked in, it seemed like everyone at the front desk and throughout the office was in a bad mood. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I honestly felt uncomfortable.
The only highlight of my visit was my dentist. She was incredibly nice, professional, and informative during my consultation. She explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience.

Wait time was a bit long but I expected that at a state funded facility the doctors office is the someway having a job and your own insurance has huge benefits that I took for granted until I lost everything and had to sign up but has been another eye opening experience it’s sad to see the state of the world like this I applaud humanity for setting up a way for people who can’t take care of themselves but I also feel that education is so important we need to show people the benefits of working and taking care of yourself and not rely on government but I applaud the men and women that choose to work at places like this I’m sure there case load is staggering so I...read full review
