Had a water main burst in my driveway and spoke with Tia. The next day, she sent out Victor to assess the damage and gave me a FANTASTIC (emphasis on fantastic) quote to install a new pipe AND also offered to provide maintenance to my water heater.
Tia worked relentlessly to accommodate our needs when it came to time + material that I wanted installed and Victor and one of his partners worked extremely carefully to ensure that everything was installed correctly. I would highly recommend giving them a call; I for sure would hire them again for future projects. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!
First off Tia is absolutely amazing, explained and helped me stay calm right off the bat. I called panicked because our kitchen sink had a leak and she was able to get a technician out the next morning who was the absolute best! Ceaser walked me through everything and went above and beyond to fix our kitchen! This is the only plumbing company I will use from here on our because of their hard work, great customer service and honest prices.
