Our HVAC system has seen better decades, but Shane at True Blue Heating & Air didn’t try to scare us into buying a brand new one on the spot. He showed up exactly when he said he would, gave our old system some much-needed TLC, and upgraded us to a Nest thermostat that we love already.

After 20+ years, our HVAC system broke down. I’ve done so much research to look for the right HVAC company and have gotten quotes from multiple companies. From the start, arrived on time, and like the other reviews I read, Shane was more focused on explaining the options and functions versus trying to push to sell. Even though our family kept debating back and forth which option to choose (even after we signed) Shane was very patient with us.
