There are many negative reviews, I wanted to add my positive experience. Old Republic (warranty company) assigned Superior Plumbing to my issue, which was a leaky pipe from a corner tub. Adel (owner, I presume) was very nice and determined my issue needed attention right away. He assigned a gentleman named Michael, who was professional and able to determine and fix the problem, once approval came through from Old Republic. When Adel missed my phone call, he called me back right away, apologizing for missing the call. Michael was able to cut the access opening and even took a video of my leak to show me, which turned out to be two leaks (both hold and cold). Now I'm just...read full review
Immediate response, friendly and helpful. We had a toilet and shower implode on the same day, they immediately fixed one problem and explained clearly the delay on parts for fixing second problem.
