We called early in the day to schedule an appointment at 8pm to which they confirmed. We show up at 7:50pm and they're closed. We called and asked what's going on? They responded bluntly "Oh yeah we're closed". We then told them that we had spoke to them earlier and had confirmed the appointment and what was the reason to which she responded with the same "oh yeah we're closed". Super unprofessional.

Love this place! Always a great massage. I love the foot soak beforehand. I've been going here for years and I love it!
