My husband and I have been loyal customers for 2–3 years, but today was very disappointing. We made an appointment and arrived on time, only to walk into a place that felt like a sauna; Their AC was broken on a 90°+ day and they did no inform us ahead of time. Even then, we were asked to wait and were taken in about 10–15 minutes late.The massage was rushed and nothing like the quality we used to receive. The staff kept leaving the room to greet other customers because they don’t have enough help.We’ve had good experiences here before, so maybe management has changed ??? But they lost two loyal customers today. We won’t be returning to this place.

I had a great experience! My lady did a good job, she was very attentive and detailed. I got the 60 min massage for $50 and I gave a $15 tip. It included a hot stone massage too which I really liked. The place smelled nice, was clean, and very relaxing and quiet. Amazing work for good prices. I definitely recommend!

Timeliness and professionalism. They are always running behind on appointments made a day in advance. Also, when getting the massage, the old lady who runs the business is always gossiping with the other women there. People come here to relax and you talking loudly to each other isn't going to have your customers relaxed. Also, the only good masseuse there is Lisa. The rest shouldn't be qualified to give massages.

Waste of my time and money , the lady first of all spoke no English . I was trying to pin point my area that hurt me she massaged it lightly for 5 min . No music lights on . Never again I’m better off massaging my self . Then there signs say the gratuity for tips . Like first of all didn’t want to even pay what I did for the hour . Save your money and go somewhere that will get the job done ! She timed it also but t left the room 3 x for who knows what .
Sad I even have to leave one Star . They need to be negative
