Great experience! Dave was extremely helpful from the moment he picked up my phone call and scheduled me for same day service. Jon was sent out to fix my heater and he was just so helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this business to anyone! I have used their services over the course of several years and they never disappoint!!!

Sims Heating and air simply the best, fast response I called them bc my unit outside wasn't working I thought maybe it was the fan , I called Sims left a message and the next day received a call asking me what the problem was I described what was going on they said ok will be by tomorrow 10 am they were hell yeah they mean business Bob came to my house performed diagnostics found the problem my Capisatator was bad fixed it in no time tested it checked my coolant added some then checked the temperature to make sure everything was working properly and it was so greatful good job guys I've been a customer of Sims now you know why keep up the great job !
