I originally sought out Destiny for some corporate training for my trucking company’s drivers. Her company did such a good job for my drivers I ended up hiring her to help me. I am 45 years old and was overweight and weak. I was in bad shape physically and mentally. I had been going to the gym and trying all kinds of different diets but nothing really worked. Destiny knows her stuff! And is great with teens. She came out and did a session with our Girls Lacrosse Team, and the girls loved it. She taught them how to properly stretch, and shared valuable information about nutrition. Highly recommend her!
