Very helpful with setting up spa and giving advice on which way it should face for access to panel etc. very friendly and quick too. I took time off work for the delivery and they arrived in the scheduled window and did a quick job but not rushed. Took caution unloading and preparing spa.

We had a fantastic experience working with Ana at Secard Pools. She was incredibly helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. Ana's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and enjoyable. We had a lot of questions, and Ana always provided timely and thorough answers. I have had my Secard pool for about 3 years now. Even though as time passes we start to lose our warranties, i have not lost the personal attention i have received from field manager Brian Anderson. As a new pool owner i was clueless on the week to week maintenance, chemical balancing, etc. Brian took the time to explain things on multiple occasions. What prompted this Yelp review was my latest interaction with Brian. About 8 days ago my pool filter pump was pushing out about half the volume of water.
