Michael was our main help in getting our water mitigation work completed in our home and he was amazing. He helped get us up to speed on everything we needed to know in the entire process as well as went above and beyond in making sure to the enclosure is secured and is up to code. His partner, I failed to capture his name, helped cut and excavate all of the material affected by the water damage without affecting the surrounding parts of home and it was a marvel to see. Elias was so fantastic!! From the moment he stepped in our condo to the moment he left, he was ready to get our drain clear!! He was so pleasant to talk to. He really truly cared about not leaving until it was finished. He spent THREE hours going at what the situation was bringing in several different machines. He did not have to do it, but HE DID! And I’m so glad because our shower is finally unclogged and it just feels SO good in there!
