Elias was so fantastic!! From the moment he stepped in our condo to the moment he left, he was ready to get our drain clear!! He was so pleasant to talk to. He really truly cared about not leaving until it was finished. He spent THREE hours going at what the situation was bringing in several different machines. He did not have to do it, but HE DID! And I’m so glad because our shower is finally unclogged and it just feels SO good in there!

Elias came late on a Saturday night and was incredibly kind, patient and understanding of our drain issue. He showed me how to prevent issues in the future and explained how I can better maintain and clean out the pipes myself. I was very impressed at how thorough he was.
