Even if you are dying DO NOT GO THERE. Whoever owns this practice should be investigated. My son was given a shot WITHOUT any explanation or answers why its needed, no after care instructions and NO PAPERWORK. We were refused documents of what was given to my child UNLESS we pay them $15. I insisted for the name of the medicine he was given via shot and I was given a sticky note with scribble scrabble of something. What kind of medical practice is not giving discharge documents and instructions ???? I will make sure this practice is investigated!
Came in because I have been experience a painful sore throat, cough, excessive chest congestion, and pain in my ears for 5 days. The doctor looked in my mouth, ears, and checked my breathing. Then told me there’s nothing they can do but prescribe a throat spray. I proceeded to tell her if it’s anything like OTC throat sprays, I’ve been using those and also gargling with warm salt water. I asked what am I supposed to do with the pain in my throat and ears. It’s hard to talk or function. I also how long do I expect to feel this way until it begins to subside. This place made coming to urgent care so easy, I dread urgent cares because there could be a long wait but I came in today Sunday morning and was out within 20 minutes. Girl at front desk was so nice and easy to talk to, Dr Cabugao was quick and efficient, I really appreciate that. Had a more reasonable office visit fee without insurance. Great experience!
