I had a great experience using Premier. My freezer had error codes and stopped making ice. Tech came out as scheduled and identified the issue. I received a quote later that day for parts and labor. I approved the quote and Premier called 2 days later saying the part was in. A tech came out the following day and replaced the parts. All good now. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.
Super impressed!!! ? Our air conditioner stopped working the day before the 4th of July 2025. We had company coming over on the 4th…They literally had a repair person show up that evening!!! He repaired our AC!!! Thank you so much!!! God bless you guys ???
What a nice unexpected surprise dealing with an efficient and profecient company. Especially Steven and Sergio. They came in and fixed what Geek Squad never even showed up to do. Your service people always conduct themselves in the utmost professional, skillfull and friendly manner and for that, I am truly grateful. Thanx again!
