Brennan F. Supervisor at Option One Plumbing came out on a Sunday for my emergency as technicians were not available. Even though I was out of warranty, he considered my situation carefully, thought outside the box, and didn’t charge me a dime. Answered all my questions, and fixed the pinhole leak on my water heater tube quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
The technician was just incredibly helpful. I can ask him all the water heater questions I had on the spot and he had answers and recommendations. That in itself is a great value for any company. I’m very pleased with the service received Allen Ceballos was very helpful!!
