Brennan F. Supervisor at Option One Plumbing came out on a Sunday for my emergency as technicians were not available. Even though I was out of warranty, he considered my situation carefully, thought outside the box, and didn’t charge me a dime. Answered all my questions, and fixed the pinhole leak on my water heater tube quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Brandin for a major job!
This is a second job, we asked for Brandin again, and he came through! He is my plumber of choice for every problem. He is competent, friendly, trustworthy and dependable. What more could you want? He is the best!
Friendly, timely service. Not cheap by historical standards in a cost per hour terms, but they are very professional. They repaired a small leak in the hot water line in our garage. The work was quick, to the point, and they cleaned up nicely when done. This is my second fix of this kind - and Option One Plumbing was almost instantaneous compared to DR Horton's very measured response in Rosena Ranch (when under warranty - which cost me nothing) - though the DR Horton vendors did excellent work too. I'm keeping Option One in my vendor list for now because of their overall customer service from intake to job completion. I will monitor the degree the repair... read full review
