I have been here several times. I really appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Special thanks to Jennifer, John, Breanna, and Summer. THey took excellent care of me including Xrays in a very reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and have lots of patience. I wish to thank all of them for their services. Great people with super people skills.
I had been coming here for years. I always had a good experience here with nurses and Dr's. There are times when the Dr. does a follow up over the phone the next day with us. The waiting time is mostly short, but there has been a couple of times when I did had to wait for a little longer and that was because there were a few people in the waiting room. Is always clean.
Mountain View Urgent Care will always be a place to take my family for medical care when our PCP office is closed. Today I was there for myself. Diane, front desk representative greeted me in such a friendly manner. She was sweet and kind. Got me checked in fast. I didn't get the male nurse's name who took my vitals etc but he as well was very nice and attentive. The Dr was okay. I was feeling very ill, (diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection)and felt he could have been more compassionate about how I was feeling. I have been treated amazing by other drs there before.
