I signed in early to my first time patient appointment with Dr. Green and was not offered any paperwork. After fifteen minutes of waiting past my appointment, I had to go back up and ask for it. No big deal.Over the hour I was waiting, I observed Dr. Green open mouthing cough three different times while standing next to his receptionists at the front desk in the main waiting room. No hand raised, no elbow, not even turning away from others to do it, no attempt to be hygienic. Why do the ladies in the front treat the older people like garbage? It’s sad seeing them yell at poor old men and women who are clearly in pain and have a hard enough time as it is. I wouldn’t let my parents or grandparents come here alone.
