Rating: They're amazing at what they do! They were super friendly and professional and I felt comfortable trusting them with my home right from the start. When I walked into my house after they were done, it was like walking into a whole new home. Every surface was spotless and shining and they even had this fresh, clean scent lingering in the air. It would be awesome if they could give a bit more focus to those hard-to-reach corners and baseboards. We have been using this service for several months now. After a back injury, we couldn't keep up with the housework. I had tried several housekeepers before, and it was crazy how slow they would be. One housekeeper only did one small bathroom in an entire hour. I finally reached out to Merry Maids and I'm so glad I did. We have the same housekeeper, Evelia, who comes every other week. She is AMAZING. Very independent, fast, and thorough. Our house is beautifully tidy after she leaves. She doesn't just do the bare minimum.
