I always do a pedicure here when im in Rancho Cucamonga visiting my mom.
They do a good job, and they are well priced, but even if you have appointment they make you wait.
My appointment today was at 1:45pm
They finally had someone start on me at 2:15pm.
It is now 2:41 and they are just starting on my mom.
Not ok.
One time I finally got up and left.
I have also had to help my mom putting her shoes and myself because at times they never come back to assist you.
Hoping their time management improves or i have to find another place.

Customer service here is amazing! Everyone is so friendly! I had an appointment with Helen, she is amazing and talented! She is so kind and very detail oriented and made sure I loved my nails every step of the way! I’m so impressed! Will definitely be going back!

Second time visiting this nail salon, and I had Helen as my nail tech. Despite being new, she provided exceptional service, delivering exactly what I wanted with gentle care. The salon has undergone a remodel since my last visit, super clean atmosphere and playing soothing music, elevating the overall experience. Helen will definitely be my new go-to nail technician. She is really good at designs and takes her time. Highly recommend!
