After moving my elderly mother into an assisted living facility, I needed to sell her home. After interviewing several agents, Jonathan Perea really stood out. He listened to my needs and had excellent suggestions. The home desperately needed updating and Jonathan offered to connect me with several contractors that he had worked with previously. I ended up going with my own contractor and Jonathan worked very closely with the contractor to get the project completed and was a strong advocate for my mother and me.
