I had a wonderful time looking for engagement rings here. Martha at the jewelry counter was so helpful and patient while I tried on different styles. She made the whole experience comfortable and fun. I highly recommend looking at the jewelry here and asking Martha to help you.

I was compelled to leave a review for JCPenney after reading some negative ones because my experience couldn't be more different. Every time I visit, I'm greeted by helpful and friendly staff. Whether it's browsing perfumes and cosmetics or exploring the jewelry section, I've always been assisted by kind individuals who go out of their way to ensure I find what I need.
