Came here to get my hair done for a friend's wedding. I booked my appointment a month in advance and they scheduled my appointment for a later time that day. I had to wait for the owner to find someone to do my hair. They finally found someone to do my hair and I showed them a picture of what I wanted. She started to curl my hair in shirley temple curls and even though I wanted a more wavy look. I was skeptical, but she said to trust her and that it will look normal. She brushed it out and my hair became super voluminous even though the picture shows it to not have volume. I told her to fix it and do normal curls and she somehow messed it up too. The curls were super uneven and the front part of my hair was straight and not curly. However, added a star because the owner asked me if I was happy with the result and had someone else fix it. Unfortunately, once a hair has been on the curling iron a couple times, it won't budge. The worst part was that it was $67. I don't think I've ever had a blow dry/curl service more than $40 and I lived in NYC. Totally not worth! Update: It's kinda obvious they do self-reviews. Ironic that the owner and another person with the same name posted a review on the business.

So freaken disappointed Sent my boyfriend to get a haircut here. They gave me an appointment with Margarita.He told her specifically to cut the bangs, eyebrow length. With layers all around and no more than ¼" cut all around. Charged him $45 for a males haircut which is expensive. Took her 38 minsI was on the phone with him the whole time. My boyfriend has silky straight hair with light skater curls at the ends. So it should have been an easy haircut.Basically what we got was 1/2" cut above the eyebrows for the bangs. " cut around his neck. ¼ of an inch cut around his ears. Looks like a mix of a bowl cut/mulletExtremely disappointed. She cuts like a rookie from the looks of the outcome of his hair.$45 plus tax for using the square payment.NOT WORTH IT!

I am new to the area and did a lot of searching for a good salon. This place stood out for its reviews, and I normally don't write reviews but I was disappointed with my visit. I went in for a hair cut and got a half fast job. The hair stylist rushed throw the blow dry. I had a lot of frizz and she didn't even try to put any product or do a good blow dry/ style my hair a little so I could see the layers. My hair was so flat and I was disappointed. She had someone waiting on the chair next to me so maybe that's why she didn't care to take her time to do a good blow dry so I could see my new hair cut. For me a 5 star salon means it's exceptional service for every customer which is not what I got.
