I had my carpeted stairs cleaned by Frank. There was a stubborn smell coming from the landing area that he was able to get out. Frank did an excellent job. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use his services again.

Another company stood me up at 1pm, so I quickly Googled a local carpet cleaning service and found Frank’s Carpet Cleaning. I called the number and Frank himself answered—I didn’t even realize he was the owner until the end of the call. His level of professionalism is unmatched. He said he could be onsite by 1:30pm, sent over a GPS link, and when I learned all of his crew were booked, he personally showed up to do the job. It took about an hour to clean both rooms, and he even brought air blowers to help dry the carpet—at no extra cost. His rates were very fair, especially considering how inflated prices have gotten elsewhere. Highly recommend! show some love!
