This is my second month of working with my trainer, Dion. He is a nice and thoughtful person. He pushes you to your limit which ends up being very rewarding. I have a meniscus tear in one knee which is getting better. I have also seen an improvement in my body since I began my training. I am down one dress size and my body has definition it did not previously have. I look forward to my training which occurs four times a week. He is a very good trainer.
