Tony came out to a property we were interested in purchasing in Aug in Highland. Tony came out , went right to work. He recommended since the home was about 70 years old to get a different type of inspection for the piping. Price was reasonable and made perfect sense. Found a problem , told us it wasn't too major. Gave us a possible price of repair for the future. He said the house for it's age is in good shape, take care of the plumbing and you're good. So far we have been in the home and we're able to get a local plumber to take of our issue. Id recommend Tony and his services to anyone.
