They have always been there when I needed them. To me it was big but to them , they do this everyday They have A great Support group I so appreciate their help
Great software and an excellent company to work with. They have a 24 hour customer support line which is really helpful if you run into an issue while finishing a report late into the evening.
I’ve been with Home Inspector Pro, software since 2015, been on Home Inspector Pro office for eight or nine months, it is the best system I’ve ever seen or worked with. There is no way you can compete with their service, if you have a problem either though chat, or Facebook group, or Dominic himself will answer your questions. I would recommend them to anybody that is serious about doing a good job at home inspecting. Hands-down.
