I had a fantastic experience with Emergency Plumbing and Router INC. They were assigned to my home through American Home Shield, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. The lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind, understanding, and truly tried to help me with my situation. I really appreciated her professionalism and the way she handled everything. Within just a few hours after my call, the first technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the water heater issue in less than half an hour.
