The Dentists give you the time you need to ask questions or communicate any dental concerns. I don't have insurance and their prices are fair. I really don't mind going to the Dentist anymore because of this staff!“

“First dental visit for my little one. I was super anxious...more than when I go to my dentist. I was amazed at the detail of the waiting room. There was video games and an amazing tree that my little one just loved. They went all out to change the mindset that we have of dentist office...cold and scary. I was greeted by Valeria who is FANTASTIC. She was professional and communicated very clearly on what will be done at the appointment and what i should focus on at home to keep his teeth in tip top shape. She also did a great job calming my nerves. After she explained everything, she went to get the instruments need to start the cleaning. my little one was crying so hard but Valevia made sure to clean every tooth front and back along with flossing. After the cleaning process, Valevia gave my little one a bouncy ball and he was all smiles. Where were our prizes when we went to the dentist back in the days?! Dr Sara came into the room and examined his teeth. She was very nice and gave us great tips to help our little improve his teeth. Dr Sara was so patient and there was not judgement at all from her. She understood that introducing brushing can be tough but it would be better for him in the long run. btw...they have a prize vending machine room. After each visit, your little one gets a coin and can pick which toy want. They also had a "cavity free" frame for pictures. They thought of everything! I absolutely love this dental office!!! Valeria and Dr Sara were super amazing!! If you are looking for a dental office for your little one....this is the place!“

“This office saved me from some unexpected dental emergencies when other dentist offices were dragging their feet and not answering the phone. They worked with my schedule, listened to my complaints and helped me without trying to add a bunch of unnecessary dental work which i have had offices try to do to me in the past. I have travelled a lot for work and lived in different places and i can say this dentist and his office staff are definitely in the top 10% for me. Simple, honest, flexible, and helpful. “My daughter had to have a baby root canal with a silver cap. I was terrified for her. Dr.Brown explained the process to Aria & made her feel more comfortable. She introduced all the instruments/tools and showed all the sounds that she will hear during the process. My daughter did extremely well & handled better than we all expected. Office staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoy being able to text the dentist office too. Overall good experience. I have recommended this dentist office to family and friends.“
“By far the best dental experience I have had in my life! I was skeptical to try a new dental office and had my reservations about it, however after reading all the positive reviews I decided to make an appointment for some tooth pain I was experiencing, and I didn't regret it! Dr.Kaur did an excellent job at filling the cavities and addressing other issues and reassured me that we can address everything one at a time. As someone that has medical anxiety, she did an excellent job at explaining everything and went over everything step by step. The best part of that initial visit was that it was completely painless, I didn't even feel the needle while they were administering the local anesthesia. My second visit was with Dr. Alkatib for the root canal, and I was beyond nervous because I've heard how painful root canals can be. The procedure itself was pain-free. I felt slight pinch of pain and was given more anesthesia and felt no pain during the rest of the procedure. I was numb for a few hours after, but I was able to drive myself home and have had no discomfort as of yet. I have put off coming to the dentist but now that I found the best one, I will definitely be taking care of my dental issues with no hesitation from now on. Thank you Rancho Cucamonga Smiles!“

“I’VE BEEN TO QUITE A FEW DENTISTS IN MY TIME. MOST OF THEM DID OK. BUT A COUPLE WERE WHAT I WILL CALL PAINFUL EXPERIENCES. ALL I CAN SAY IS I-PRAYED ON GOING TO THE DENTIST THIS TIME AROUND, AND MADE THE DECISION TO GO THROUGH MY INSURANCE AND FIND AN IN NETWORK DENTIST. DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS WHICH IS A BONE DISEASE AND I FEEL IT IS ATTACKING MY TEETH. I HAD A CROWN BREAK OFF WHAT WAS LEFT OF MY MOLAR AND A FEW OTHER PROBLEMS AS WELL . THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO TO WORK MY CARE THROUGH MY INSURANCE LEGALLY AND PROPERLY TO GET ME ON MY WAY-FIXING ALL OF MY PRESENT TOOTH CONDITIONS. WITHOUT IT COMING OUT OF MY POCKET. BUT ALSO STAYING ETHICALLY CORRECT BY BOTH MY INSURANCE AND MY WALLET. I HAD A SMALL BALANCE TO PAY THAT WASN’T COVERED BY INSURANCE. NO PROBLEM FOR ME. IM CHRISTIAN AND WANT TO BE FAIR. HIS OFFICE IS CLEAN AND EASY TO FIND. HIS STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. EVERYONE SEEMS HAPPY WHICH HELPS ME TO BE HAPPY. THEY ALL ACCOMODATED ME , MY MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND BAD DISPOSITION DUE TO MY PAIN AND DISCOMFORT. THE DOCTOR GOT ME IN AND OUT AS QUICKLY AS HE COULD. AND I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK IN A FEW DAYS. IT WAS ALSO ALMOST 100 PERCENT PAINLESS, AND IF I DIDNT MENTION IT HIS OFFIC IS. CLEAN . I’M REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING THE NEXT PHASE OF MY DENTAL WORK COMPLETED.“

“Absolutely horrendous customer service was how my morning started when I initially posted a review due to an encounter over the phone with who had little patience and much attitude when handling my scheduling concern. My experience has since completely shifted. Thank you Maria for taking the time to explain scheduling and appointment confirmation process with me. That customer service alone helped me to move forward with my daughter's appointment and I'm so glad that I did. The entire team from dentist to anesthesiologist and everyone else who had a hand in my daughter's oral surgery were so kind and so thorough. I appreciated the after care tips and progress updates throughout the entire process and am happy shift what was a poor review to a highly positive one. I look forward to returning to this office in the future based on the quality of care she received.“
