“Dr. Chang and the entire team at Bloomvale Dental are amazing!

Overall, their attention to details are second to none. From the way one is greeted at the reception to the comfort of the dental chair, not to mention the wide array of shows one can select on Netflix to keep one’s mind off of what’s being done, it sure made my dental experience much better than others I’ve ever had.

When I needed veneer replacement, Dr. Chang explained the entire process and answered all my questions. When the veneer came back from the lab, Dr. Chang was able to replace it with ease. He handed me a handheld mirror and asked me what I thought. I thought it looked great! He then asked me to go outside and see it under the sun, then to their bathroom and see it under a different light. I went back to the chair and thought everything was fine, but…he thought the color could be better, so he asked if I was okay with him sending it back to the lab and redoing another. Normally, Drs are in a rush to push you out of their office so they can see the next patient, but this is what sets Dr. Chang apart from the rest: he’s a perfectionist, and that's why he’s been my dentist for almost 4 years.

Just an amazing experience from the front staff all the way through and through. And if they're busy at times, there is a good reason for it, it's probably because they do great work and a lot of people want to see them, please show some grace to the front office staff and staff in general. They're all super nice, helpful and excellent in how they strive to serve our Inland Empire communities.“
