Aspen has been a great choice for us all to be seen at the same clinic , Aspen has turned out perfect for us We moved out here from Michigan in 2018! It’s been such a convenient, expedient decision to have my entire family husband & 3 college kids to such a friendly knowledgeable medical clinic!

The doctors have been amazing, but it's so hard to get in to see one. I have been assured that the office staff is working on improving their system. I hope that it becomes more efficient.

UPDATE: I immediately received a phone call from their practice manager Kristen apologizing in behalf of her staff and how I was treated. She expressed how sorry she was for my experience with her office manager and will encourage training to strengthen her admin team. Although I appreciate her phone call it does not change the way I was treated. I will update my review accordingly after my next visit. I appreciate the compassion, and sincerity Kristen demonstrated during our call and I hope her staff follow in her foot steps. DO NOT go to this provider if you expect compassionate care. After 11 years of care with this office the administrative staff have pushed me past my breaking point leading me to leave my provider. I called on Monday 1/15 and spoke to Angel in regards to my monitored thyroid medication. She answered the phone with a bad tone to begin with. I told her I was calling in regards to a denial I received from my pharmacy for my medication. She then goes with explaining in a rude tone I hadn't been seen in over a year and couldn't get my medication refilled until I was seen. I asked her to schedule me for their soonest opening which was two day later. I took the appointment and asked her if she can ask my provider if she can refill 2 tablets to get me to my appointment. She then repeated herself based on her office policies they dont do that. I told her I understood that but with this being an urgent matter if she can still ask them first and she said no. I kept my composure and kept my tone polite during our phone call. I arrived to my appointment today and as I was getting my vitals taken the medical assistant mentioned my blood pressure was high and asked if I was upset. I told her I was a little and kindly asked if there was an office manager I can speak to in regards to filing a complaint towards an office employee. She said "yes, let me get our manager KB (Kristen). " After a couple minutes a women came in with the name tag (Angel) and introduced herself as the office manager and asked how can she help me. I then started (kindly, respectfully) explaining I would like to submit a complaint in regards to my phone call with her from earlier in the week. Her response was " I am direct person, and that is my approach with everyone" I then explained that I understand, but explained I am also an office manager for a big medical company as well and I'm shocked to see that's her approach to patients. She repeated a couple more times her personality of her choosing is to be direct and that's how she is. I responded to her "its unfortunate to see that she chooses to lack compassion for her patients, but was confused if she specifically stated the doctors don't care to see your lab results to refill your medication as long as you are seen once a year, but then 15 minutes prior to my appointment I received a call from one of their medical assistants asking to send them my most recent labs to get my prescription refilled. " She didn't say anything to that other than she would make a note in my chart in regards to our conversation and Staley apologized. I used to love coming to this office to see their staff for my check ups back when Dr. Espinoza was still a provider, but sad to see the office manager who is the one who sets the tone and example for her other staff chooses to make patients uncomfortable for everyone else to follow.
