I wanted to give the entire staff a 5 ⭐! They went above and beyond to make my kiddos feel welcomed and happy! My son got an extraction and felt absolutely nothing! He had an amazing experience with Dr. Matthew he was amazing with the kids absolutely recommend and definitely will be coming back!

I visited Empower Dental in Rancho Cucamonga after finding them through my dental insurance network. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. I also want to recognize the orthodontist, who was kind, compassionate, and even offered to perform my cleaning. He made me feel much more comfortable during my visit.
Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was very different. I came in seeking help for a dental issue, but was told I would need to wait for insurance approval before treatment could move forward. What disappointed me most was the doctor’s demeanor. He was very short when answering my questions and seemed dismissive of my concerns and treatment options. Instead of feeling heard and reassured, I left feeling uncomfortable and uncertain about my situation.
Thankfully, I was able to get a same-day appointment at another dental office that addressed my needs and provided a treatment plan. While I appreciated the kindness of the front office staff and orthodontist, my interaction with the dentist left me disappointed and did not reflect the level of patient care I was hoping for.

All of my kids have been seeing Dr. Mathew and his wonderful assistants Alisa and Michelle for a while now and I love their care and professionalism for each one of my kids. My kids used to be scared to see the dentist but now they love going. They come out so happy knowing how well they got treated and how welcoming and friendly everyone is.
