Bow Tie Plumbing received the highest rating when Jess answered the phone on an early Saturday morning to address my panic regarding an overnight hot water tank leakage . Miguel was dispatched and the situation stabilized. Miguel assessed that my 26 year old hot water tank and 67 year old house pressure regulation needed replacement. Work was scheduled and Miguel did a professional and CLEAN installation of both items. Thanks to Jess, Miguel and the rest of their team who I know were in the background. You will not be disappointed with their work
Called to get an appointment and they were here the next day . Will was the one who came to my home to fix my bathtub and toilet. He was friendly and told me what he recommended to help ensure my bathroom would stay working smoothly. I will continue to come back to bow tie plumbing not only because everyone on there team is very friendly but also how honest they are.
Excellent service. Love that you were able to get to my issue so fast and fixed it for a reasonable price.
