Was looking for someone to install a hybrid water heater in the place of a conventional gas tank and Pedro's quote was the most reasonable I heard of all the companies I contacted. He came out to see the site and then told me that the recessed hole where the last water heater stood would make maintenance on the hybrid water heater difficult. He was right, based on the manufacturer's measurements the tank would fit, but in order to service anything like the anode rod, the whole tank would have to be removed for access which would add to the cost over the lifetime of the unit. My water heater has been serviced by this company for the last 3 years, their workers are polite, knowledgeable about tankless water heating and answer any and all questions I have about my system.
