The beeping in this, and all other Ulta's, makes me wonder why I return. Every time I walk in I'm reminded of how horrible the shopping experience is here. I feel so sorry for those who have no other choice but to work in this annoying atmosphere. Whomever thought having beeping security in this store was acceptable should be fired!!

I had an exchange without a receipt. Let me just say that the general manager needs some etiquette classes on customer service. She appeared very angry to be working today. Her tone, demeanor and body language spoke volumes. When she couldn't find the purchase I was trying to exchange I felt as if she was being accusatory and insinuating I perhaps stoled the merchandise I was trying to exchange. I will address this at a corporate level. Now I know why I don't frequent this merchant. I won't spent my hard earned money here ever.

I had the most amazing shopping experience @ULTA Victoria Gardens. Every person on the floor was so helpful and kind. My cashier Madelyn was the sweetest and so helpful. As a person with disabilities and can 't begin to express how thankful I am for help during the busiest time off the year.

Cinthia was rude . even after she made a mistake of charging me an item I did not want .when I went back to get my money she was not only very rude to me but also had me waiting for some time. She never apologized for the inconvinenc.

Worst service ever! Made an appointment to get my brows done at 10 o'clock they told me that they had me marked down for 10:20 and the girl wasn't even there. Walked into Macy's got them done within 5 minutes

I've had to go into Ulta several times this week. As a share holder I am disgusted with this store. Long lines with 1 person at the register and you have to search high and low for someone to help you. Today's interaction lead me to write this review. I went to this location today at around 11am. The line was long as usual and only one person at the register. The young man at the register was moving at a snails pace with no concern for all of the customers waiting. There were 2 other people behind the counter but neither jumped on a register to help out. He kept looking at the line get longer and longer and he moved slower and slower and wouldn't call for help. When I finally reached the register he did not acknowledge or apologize for the long wait. My time is valuable and I will not continue to support or invest in a company that treats its customers this way.

Ulta is always a great stop! Good prices, a wide range of products, and cute pickups for reasonable prices. Everyone is always helpful when needed. I got cute gift options with the little sets in the front.

Love this place! Staff were extremely helpful when I asked to get color matched for foundation. The employees even mentioned how the lighting in the store at night was bad so check to see if the foundation looks the same in the daylight, and if I didn't likw it I could return it. Different staff members answered my questions on different products in a friendly manner. I always enjoy myself when I am here.

I'm so over Ulta. Was sent an offer online on Monday for the credit card. I accepted the offer. To only go to the store the same day and see they are giving beauty bags away filled with great items. Let the sales rep know I just got approved. And she stated they couldn't give me a gold beauty bag. Called customer service and they state they can't help. And that the store person should have gave me one. Long story short I didn't get one. But they got me to apply and knock points off my credit. For a card I will not be using after this disservice.
