Seeing Dr Tran is great. But it always seems like I have to wait a hour in the waiting room before I see him. I don't know if emergencies come in or they over book appointments?
Very professional, takes a lot of detail notes. Very friendly. Explains the process and his diagnosis in detail. Very helpful in explaining the insurance paperwork for the high cost medication. I feel relieved understanding my problem and the process to get well. Thanks Dr. Tran
Dr. Tran was great. I'm 80 years old and have been going to the eye doctor since 8th grade. This was by far the best appointment I have had. Dr.Tran took the time to explain things so that I could understand.
