We had a few issues with two recently purchased exam chairs, and I can tell you that the owner reached out, worked with us, and went above and beyond to make everything right. Helpful and professional. I purchased two items from Alva, and I am completely happy and satisfied with both. I bought a steamer, and the arm of the steamer is long and easy to adjust over the center of the client, unlike smaller arms that just steam one side of the face. It is light weight and easy to move. I also bought a small trolley. It was easy to put together, has three shelves, and rolls easily. It is a little heavy, which is helpful because I am not afraid I will tip it over; it feels stable. The staff was very helpful, and I will look to Alva Beauty first when I need a new item.
