The type of health care that I've received at AHF Upland is something that I have never experienced in my life... The whole office is so amazing . I feel that THEY GENUINELY SINCERELY CARE ABOUT My health and well being. Especially Alison everything about the way she provides care IS ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVEL. TO BE HONEST SHE GOES COMPLETELY OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT I receive the care that I need .That I make it to my appointments and even reminds me when they're coming up. I'm SOOO BAD AT REMEMBERING APPOINTMENTS ! IF it wasn't for her I don't think I'd make it to half my appointments cuz I'd forget she's my secret weapon at getting my labs and apretude shot on time and on schedule! ZI see her interact with staff or other clients on the phone and she GENUINELY CARES ABOUT EVERYONE SHES JUST FREAKING AWESOME . My Dr. Actually listened to my questions and went out of his way to address my needs I've never experienced that He actually heard me most Dr s just say yea and brush u off Not Here they not only listen they go above and beyond they're Amazing !!! ALL OF THEM ARE! I'm a hard stick for labs but the whole team has been there working together and always manage to get my labs done I've had three of them working on me at once you couldn't ask for any more attention then that usually when I need blood work done it takes an ultra sound machine and 5-6 Dr s and nurses each repeatedly pricking me in attempt to find a vein but the team at upland has been able to get my samples so fast EVERY SINGLE TIME !IM LEFT SPEECHLESS and I'm always left just feeling so thankful and warm inside knowing that everyone at AHF UPLAND GENUINELY CARES ABOUT ME. I MOVED BUT STILL DRIVE 2 HOURS IN TRAFFIC JUST TO STILL GO TO THE SAME OFFICE. As long as I live in California I will never switch to any other facility. The staff at AHF UPLAND set the bar so much higher then other health offices already and then ALISON comes and spinning bird kicks it into Space! I wish other practices hospitals and offices could learn from the staff at AHF UPLAND BECAUSE THEY DO HEALTH CARE RIGHT THERE WAY IS THE Way THAT ALL HEALTH CARE SHOULD BE !!

I've been calling since 8:30am to get in touch with the front office and apparently their so busy because I couldn't get a response at 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 11:30AM, and 1:05PM I'm really disappointed in the way the facility is run.

The most unprofessional, incompetent, uniformed, and politically biased organization. As a tax payer, this federally funding organization borders on corrupt and is severely mismanaged and disorganized. It took 2 days and 3 hours each day just for Sandra to get me signed up for benefits. I told her I was homeless and she said she needed proof of address??? She took35 minutes to locate the paperwork I had completed and given to her the previous business day. Then she claimed she threw it away, then she suddenly found it. Sandra and I established a 1:20 appointment on the phone, then she lied and said she didn't say that. I was not seen until close to 4:00 with no apology or accountability. The attending PA has a limited and simplistic understanding of medicine and it's long term side-effects and would not entertain my concerns and kicked me out of her office. Salas (the PA) is in direct violation of my patient's bill of rights and can not coerce me to take some experimental medications. The girl at the front was coughing and sneezing and wiping her snot the entire time ( a total of 3hr visit x2days) but told me only 3 people in the lobby and to wait outside. They need an investigation from the medical board and the department of public health...

Today is Friday at about 4:10 PM.Came in seeking STI testing. 0 people in the waiting area. Receptionist said it’s by appointment only and that the person responsible for scheduling appointments was not available. I’m surprised by this because my experience with AHF locations in Hollywood, CA left me quite impressed with their services and support each and every visit. Nothing online indicates that this particular location is by appointment only. I suppose I’ll just have to drive out to the Hollywood center as I have in the past.
